What are your thoughts on teaching?
I strive to create an inclusive classroom where I incorporate evidence-based teaching practices such as cooperative problem solving, low-stakes quizzes, peer grading, and small group discussions into the learning process.
Tell us about your field of expertise.
I am an integrative physiologist specializing in cardiovascular physiology. But I have a broad interest in all things anatomy and physiology related.
What hobbies/interests do you enjoy outside of academia?
I like to travel and experience new places and nature with my wife and 3-year-old daughter.
