What are your thoughts on teaching?
I strive to create an engaging learning environment in which students can establish foundational knowledge and then apply what they learn about psychology to their personal and professional pursuits.
Tell us about your field of expertise.
I am a clinical psychologist with specialized training in geropsychology. My research primarily focuses on sleep health and well-being in the context of aging and older adulthood.
What hobbies/interests do you enjoy outside of academia?
I love to cook and spend time with family and friends.
