Thoughts on teaching:
My philosophy and passions are rooted in changing student lives by assisting them in using their unique talents to be successful in their future careers. With years of corporate experience across different departments and roles, I strive to integrate my practical experiences with theoretical concepts by providing an environment of learning, engagement, and transparency. I aspire to four teaching principles including guiding learning through personal strengths, bridging academic concepts and corporate experience, honoring diversity and flexibility, and demonstrating honesty, integrity, and respect.
