What are your thoughts on teaching?
I value universal design of course content with accessibility in mind, positivity, humility, flexibility, support, inclusivity, and listening to truly hear what the student needs and what works for their learning. My overall goal for students is that they learn and develop competency while also feeling supported, engaged, and confident in the process.
