Thoughts on teaching:
Teaching is a form of storytelling, which comes to exist between the one professing the story and the group gathered to hear it. Teaching emerges from the desire to tell the story and to hear it told, which is why both professor and students bear the noble trust of longing for and looking for not just any story, but the one story that matters: the true story.
